Our emotions can feel overwhelming and out of control. Our outsized reactions to daily events can confuse us. Emotion coaching is a safe place to talk about your uncomfortable emotions and get support and tools for healing and growth. I am a Christian with pastoral experience and my own trauma recovery story. I specialize in serving people recovering from spiritual abuse and religious trauma.

Gentle
Internal Family Systems offers a non-pathologizing, non-shaming approach to healing. Every part of you is welcome. We will work together to discover and heal your wounded parts. As you patiently get to know and unburden the hurting and reactive parts of yourself, you will become more whole and integrated, finding peace inside yourself as well as in your relationships with others.

Teaching, training, and equipping people to do their own work is my focus. I’ll support you on your healing journey as you grow in self-leadership and internal peace and unity. Wherever you are at emotionally and spiritually, I’ll be a non-judgmental sounding board, seeking to create a space where you won’t be retraumatized but rather believed, protected, and empowered.
